Registration

Before a session commences, you will be required to complete an online registration form. This information includes your name, date of birth, phone number, address, email & GP details.  I will then take further details at your consultation including lifestyle factor and goals that you wish to achieve.

  • Therapy requires commitment and motivation to gain the best results.

  • As a client you commit to engage with the process both during the session and afterwards.

  • Throughout your therapy I will treat you with respect, including respecting your privacy and confidentiality (see point 8).

  • You in turn agree to treat me with respect the privacy and confidentiality.

  • Any request for refund for advance paid sessions cancelled prior to the agreed 24 hours will be made by direct payment to your bank account within 5 working days of the date of the request.

  • If an emergency requires me to cancel your session, as much notice as possible will be given to you (see point 7). If this notice is less than 24 hours you will be entitled to a full refund for the session if you prefer not to reschedule. This will be processed within the above timescale.

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your appointment and receive a full refund, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day after your booking is confirmed via email. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you choose to commence services immediately (or within those 14 days) you subsequently waive your right to cancel within the 14-day period.
